Sheikh Muhammad Baazmool, may Allaah preserve him said,
It is not from the way of the first three generations of Muslims to engage in acting before having the necessary knowledge. Indeed they were those who always began with knowledge before actions and deeds. As Allaah, the Most High, has said, “(So know (O Muhammad ) that none has the right to be worshipped but Allaah, and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for the sin of believing men and believing women. “-(Surah Muhammad: 19)
