1- To have fear of Allaah. Allaah, the Most Perfect and the Most High says: ﴾O you who believe! If you obey and fear Allaah, He will grant you a criterion to judge between right and wrong, or a way for you to get out from every difficulty, and will expiate for you your sins… ﴿-(Surah al-Anfaal: 29).
2- To consider every Muslim upon the earth your brother, and to direct your enmity towards the one who truly merits it. Those being the enemies of Allaah from the Jews, and the Christians, and the Communists, and the Ba’athists and everyone who strives to obstruct from the path of calling to Islaam. Be wary of becoming someone constrained and shackled to the leaders of one of the various groups or affiliating yourself with one group restrictedly, as Allaah, the Most High and the Most Exalted, says, ﴾The believers are nothing else than brothers… ﴿ -(Surah al-Hujaraat: 10) and He says, ﴾And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allaah (i.e. this Qur’aan), and be not divided among yourselves… ﴿ -(Surah Aal-Imraan: 103). and He says: ﴾And do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength depart… ﴿ -(Surah al-Anfaal: 46). And Allaah mentions the state that may arise in which conflict and differing occur, saying, ﴾And in whatsoever you differ, the decision thereof is with Allaah… ﴿ -(Surah al-Shura: 10) and He said, ﴾ (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allaah and His Messenger, if you believe in Allaah and in the Last Day… ﴿ -(Surah an-Nisa: 59)
3- To pursue diligently the bringing about having a single leader for the Muslims who would have the characteristic of being from the Quraish. As the Prophet, may Allaah’s praise and His salutations be upon him and his family, said, { Our leaders are from the Quraish }- (Narrated in Musnad Ahmad: 11898-from the hadeeth of Anas Ibn Maalik. It was declared authentic by Sheikh al-Albanee in Erwa’ al-Ghaleel :520, Saheeh at-Targheb wa at-Tarheeb:2188, and in his comments upon hadeeth number 784 in Silsilat ul-Hadeeth Saheehah he states: ”’Our leaders are from the Quraish’ this is a continuously narrated hadeeth of the highest level of authenticity, as was mentioned by al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr…”)
al-Hafidh Ibn Hajr in his commentary, “Fath al-Baree”, stated, “This has been narrated from the Prophet, may Allaah’s praise and His salutations be upon him and his family, from approximately forty Companions.” And that he should be from the people of the Sunnah, as the Raafidhah are from those with the greatest emnity towards Islaam, and the Shee’ah are the most ignorant of the people of Islaam. And an ignorant or foolish group is not suitable to lead and guide the Muslim Ummah. What good could possibly be found with those who say, [That we are occupied by the communists is preferred to us than being dominated by the Wahabees.]??
And they label as “Wahabees” anyone who calls to the book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah, may Allaah’s praise and His salutations be upon him and his family. All praise is due to Allaah, now these Raafidhah are like the dead to us; unknown and extinguished in Yemen. As the call to the Sunnah through the works ((A Garden of Paradise in Refutation of the Enemies of the Sunnah)11-18), ((The Guidance Regarding the Fading of the Tribulation from the Extremist Worshipers from the Rawaafidh in Yemen)11-17), and ((The Disbelief of Khomenee in the Land of the Two Holy Sanctuaries)11-19) exposed them. And all praise is due to Allaah, all of these books have been printed. These finished off their insignificant existence, and I watched over and oversaw this destruction. And the thanks for this is to Allaah alone.
4- To open the door for jihaad in the path of Allaah; as Allaah, the Most Perfect and the Most High says, ﴾And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allaah) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allaah (Alone). ﴿-(Surah al-Baqarah: 193) and in the hadeeth of Ibn Umar on the Prophet, may Allaah’s praise and His salutations be upon him and his family, { If you engage in ‘Enaah’ and hold onto the tails of cows, becoming pleased with agriculture, and so abandoning jihaad, then Allaah will place a disgrace upon you that will not be raised until you return to your religion}- (Narrated in Sunan Abu Dawud: 3462/ Musnad Ahmad: 4810, 4987 -from the hadeeth of Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar. It was declared authentic by Sheikh al-Albanee in Silsilat ul-Hadeeth Saheehah :11, in Saheeh at-Targheeb wa al-Tarheeb: 1389, as well as in other of his works). And jihaad in the path of Allaah is the fighting of the disbelievers until the word of Allaah becomes supreme above all others. However, the majority of the fighting today is between the Muslim rulers simply for the sake of positions of worldly power. Yet it is not permissible for the Muslim to fight his brother for the aim of seizing the position of leadership held by so-and-so, indeed your most valuable resource is your own self! How excellent is the one who said,
I am not one who kills, the one who prays
And is from the Quraish, simply upon the claim of authority by another
Upon the ruler is the accountability for his authority and upon me is my own sin.
We seek refuge in Allaah from ignorance and recklessness
Do you kill a Muslim who has not an open criminal?
The one who lives in this way is not one who brings benefit.
