I advise the scholars and the students of knowledge collectively to fear Allaah, and be concerned with the verification of issues of knowledge through Sharee’ah evidences, not through simply blindly following this person or that person. And I advise all of you to devote yourselves to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger, may Allaah’s praise and salutations be upon him, and to refer back to the clarifying words of the scholars, until you comprehend the truth by its evidences, not merely by unconditionally accepting the speech of this individual or blindly following that person.
