- All books are shipped using ground shipping except when alternate arrangements are made. Order processing takes place within the first week of reception of the order. Shipping time varies according to location, with the quickest times being within the continental United States. In general it should take between ten and thirty days. In the continental United States, orders are shipped by USPS, or UPS Ground Shipping, depending on the size of the order. Once your order has shipped we will send you the tracking numbers for that order, depending on the shipping method. For shipping outside the continental United States, the general postal services of your country are used. For a more specific estimated time of delivery contact us at service@taalib.com.

- Your information is only used for purchases with Taalib al-Ilm Educational Resources. We will never sell your information to any third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns for product exchange in the event of any product/printing defects on any purchase you make from us directly. Simply contact customer service at service@taalib.com.
- Ordering
- Both standard customer orders and distributor orders are made through the easy to use shopping cart. The appropriate discounts for the different levels of bulk purchases are automatically calculated at the time of purchase.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our orders are processed through PayPal, without the need to have a PayPal account. Additionally, all discounts and coupons are redeemed in the shopping cart before the completion of your order. To take advantage of specific promotions, make sure you have added any promotion items to your cart and confirmed details before completing your order.
- Viewing Orders
- Whenever you are logged into your store account you may make amendments, view your wishlist, and perform other actions related to your account.
- Updating Account Information
- It's easy to update your account information. Just log in and follow the directions on the screen.
