13. Among these groups are those who do not give needed priority in what they write within their books or magazines, nor what they focus upon in conferences they hold, to taking the offensive in combating innovations in the religion and innovators, as well as opposing practices of associating others with Allaah and worship and those who engage in them. Among the individuals in these groups and movements, there is not seen those who establish any foundations for organizations with the essential priority of establishing sound beliefs among the people, meaning the beliefs of the people of the Sunnah and adherence to the Jama’ah. Likewise, within the schools they control and manage, they do not teach from the books of the first generations which establish the correct authentic belief.
